How can we do it?

Simple. Not many clients ever need to employ our guarantee. That's because our training is unusually effective. Plus it lasts. When we return your happy camper to you, he or she will be well behaved. In a 90 minute orientation, we'll show you how to maintain your dog's excellent behavior. Follow our instructions, and it's highly unlikely you'll experience loss of training.

What if I do experience loss of training?

Just call us at no charge. Telephone behavior consultations are free for the life of your dog. It's rare for us to receive such a call because our training and orientation are so effective. But most issues can be resolved easily on the phone.

What if a phone call doesn't fix my problem?

In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your dog's behavior should we need to advise you by telephone, we'll simply book you a no-charge appointment to bring your dog to our facility. Together, we'll resolve the problem...and at no charge. If you do not have time to come to us, we'll come to you, although a mileage charge will apply.

What if my dog really needs further training after that?

If an in-person appointment does not resolve the issue, simply bring your dog back to our facility and we'll work with your dog until we've fixed the problem. No training charges will apply, but if your dog overnights with us, a nominal boarding fee will apply on a per night basis. And if you don't have time to come drop off your dog, we'll pick him up and deliver him home, although a mileage charge will apply.

Will my dog every be naughty again?

Dogs will be dogs. Remember, they have free will. No form of dog training can guarantee that your dog will never, ever do a naughty behavior again. However, The ForceFree Method™ is effective and long lasting. We're able to guarantee follow up assistance for your dog's lifetime...if you ever need it. Most clients do not.

What exactly does the guarantee cover?

The guarantee covers all the training issues that together we had originally established when booking your dog.
